Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, including business teams, delivery squads, and design & development teams.Engage with business partners and senior stakeholders to define credit requirements, addressing current and future needs.Articulate complex ideas clearly to drive credit product initiatives and strategies.Analyze statistical data to support business cases and enable evidence-based decisions.Provide expertise on credit products, ensuring solutions meet client expectations, industry standards, and regulations.Define, document, and obtain sign-off on requirements via Epics/User stories.Prepare training materials and manuals for new functionalities.Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.Candidate Requirements:Strong understanding of SME and Corporate lending products, including regulatory and operational aspects.Experience delivering major functionalities in the lending domain, especially in corporate lending.Ability to make informed decisions, prioritize requirements, and validate with stakeholders.Experience working with Product Owners, Design Teams, and delivery squads to resolve challenges.Capability to define business credit requirements for customer-centric solutions.Banking domain expertise and strong business acumen.Experience and Skills:At least 5 years of experience as SME/BA in Corporate Lending.Deep understanding of lending products and operational/regulatory aspects.Experience supporting end-to-end solution delivery.Experience with large-scale credit transformation programs is a plus.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Excellent communication skills.Banking experience in Ireland/UK markets is advantageous.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a global leader in business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
