**Job Title:** Clinical Nursing Manager

This challenging and rewarding role will see you working as a Clinical Nurse Manager, where you will lead by example in delivering high-quality care to our residents. You will be responsible for ensuring that the delivery of nursing and social care meets the individual needs of each resident.
1. Clinical Practice: You will oversee clinical practice to ensure adherence to best standards while maintaining an environment that supports excellence in every aspect of patient care.
2. MEDICATION MANAGEMENT AND AUDITS: Supervise medication administration, compliance management, monthly stock ordering, medication reviews with GPs & pharmacy audits in collaboration with Director of Nursing. Perform health & safety risk assessments regularly along with developing plans accordingly.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must have first-level registration on NMBI live register; sound leadership skills coupled with excellent communication ability is necessary. Additional Skills include good organizational habits which could help streamline responsibilities efficiently.
