Key Responsibilities Conduct requirements gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business analysis activities across multiple business units. Document current and future-state process maps (BPMN), workflows, and system functionality. Produce detailed Business Requirements Specifications (BRS), Functional Requirements (FR), and Non-Functional Requirements (NFR). Develop data models, data dictionaries, workflow documentation, and integration requirements. Support enterprise interoperability and system integration initiatives. Ensure alignment with cloud strategy, cybersecurity standards, data protection, and accessibility requirements. Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and support UAT activities and user story development. Deliver solution assessments, recommendations, and transformation reports. Support procurement processes including RFT/RFP documentation, evaluation criteria, and vendor engagement. Prepare governance artefacts including RAID logs, progress reports, and final BA deliverables. Must-Have Skills & Experience 7+ years of Business Analysis experience within enterprise environments. Strong experience working with cloud-based systems, digital transformation, and system integration projects. Proven ability to create detailed business and technical specifications. Strong expertise in BPMN process modelling, user stories, and requirements documentation. Experience supporting enterprise procurement processes including RFT/RFP activities. Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and interoperability standards. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills. Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities. Relevant certifications such as IIBA, BABOK, or Agile certifications are advantageous.
