About the Job: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Payable Specialist to join a dynamic finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment and enjoys end-to-end ownership of accounts payable processes.
Key Responsibilities: Manage invoice processing, payments, approvals, and reconciliations across multiple jurisdictions.
Ensure timely, accurate, and policy-compliant AP operations Monitor daily cash positions, support cash flow forecasting, and oversee banking transactions Assist with banking relationship administration and compliance tracking Generate AP and liquidity reports for management and identify opportunities for process improvements Collaborate cross-functionally to support smooth cash operations and financial activities Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA/CFA) desirable 3-5 years' experience in AP, treasury, or finance ops-preferably in leasing, financial services, or aviation Strong understanding of AP, cash management, and ERP systems (e.g., Workday) Advanced Excel and strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
