About the Role:
As a People and Culture Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation's ambitious growth plans in Ireland. You will work closely with business leaders and line managers to create a dynamic workplace culture that aligns with our values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR initiatives that enhance performance and align with organisational goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, ensuring their voices are heard at senior leadership levels.
- Drive cultural transformation, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Talent Management & Development:
- Lead talent management frameworks, including talent reviews and succession planning.
- Partner with business leaders to design and execute tailored training programmes.
- Support hiring managers in attracting and onboarding top talent.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations matters, ensuring fair resolution of workplace issues.
- Conduct thorough investigations into workplace concerns, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
Performance & Total Rewards Management:
- Implement performance management processes, facilitating feedback and career development for employees.
- Mentor managers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Culture & Employee Engagement:
- Champion a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture that promotes high levels of engagement and morale.
- Develop initiatives to boost employee satisfaction and team spirit.
Team Support:
- Contribute to HR projects and People initiatives, bringing innovative ideas to enhance the HR function.
HR Operations & Data-Driven Decision Making:
- analyse HR metrics to identify trends and provide insights for informed decision-making.
- Share best practises to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
*Proven experience as an HR generalist with strong knowledge of HR practises and employment law.
*Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis.
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong leadership abilities with a focus on influencing and motivating teams.
*Ability to manage projects efficiently while solving complex problems creatively.
*Understanding of financial principles and risk management.
