Our client, A leading energy infrastructure operator is seeking a Technical Services Manager to oversee the operational performance of a portfolio of district and communal heating systems across Dublin.
This role is ideal for a trade-qualified HVAC professional who has progressed from hands-on maintenance into a technical account or service management role, and enjoys combining site presence, contractor management, and client engagement.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager, who will provide structured onboarding and guidance, including site walkthroughs and operational insight during your first months.
This is a high-visibility role where you will take ownership of a portfolio of sites, ensuring systems remain safe, reliable, and operating efficiently.
The Role This position combines field-based oversight, remote monitoring, and operational coordination.
The core focus is ensuring heating systems remain operational — prioritising outages and system performance while managing service contractors responsible for maintenance and repairs.
Working arrangements typically include: · 3 days on site · 1 day office based (Sandyford) · 1 day remote working Most sites are located within the M50 in Dublin, with occasional travel outside Dublin.
