Properties are managed on behalf of some of the world's leading institutional investors and government agencies. With over 3,000 units under management across 24 locations, the business has ambitious plans to expand its customer-focused model into new jurisdictions.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe role will include, but is not limited to, the following:Setting rents on stabilised assets in line with Government and RTB legislationWorking with the Property Management team (which may be outsourced) to serve annual rent reviews in accordance with approved business plansBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships with Property Management teams on handovers, maintenance, and re-lettingsCreating, implementing, and maintaining robust tenant application approval processes, including ID verification and reference checksEnsuring accurate and ongoing data entry across internal systems and software (e.g. Yardi Voyager, CRM, Rent Café)Managing the efficient daily operation of the Yardi CRM system and live databaseCoordinating the checkout and turnover of vacant properties with internal services teamsProviding exceptional service, communication, and support to applicants and residentsAssisting with general marketing activities, including uploading new schemes and turnover lettings to websites and portal sitesProcessing tenancy files from registration through to move-inRegistering new applicants, organising and conducting viewingsManaging reference collection and verificationProviding general support to the wider leasing department as requiredArranging deposit tracking and issuing receiptsSupporting the rent review process in conjunction with the Property ManagerEnsuring accuracy of inventory schedulesPromoting the brand values and strong organisational cultureNegotiating leases and contractual terms with prospective applicantsManaging relationships with clients, residents, investors, colleagues, and other key stakeholdersAdditional responsibilities include:Conducting property inspections in line with client contractual requirementsManaging conflict situations professionally and confidentlyProducing monthly and quarterly reports for senior management and clients in line with agreed timelinesDeveloping and maintaining relationships with multinational companies and relocation agentsEnsuring full compliance with relevant legislation, including:Residential Tenancies Act 2004Health & Safety and Fire Services legislationOccupiers' Liability Act 1995Waste Management and Litter Pollution ActsData Protection legislationAchieving agreed annual KPIsWorking ArrangementsOffice-based role with occasional site visits as requiredStandard working hours: 08:30 – 17:30, Monday to FridayFlexibility required during peak periods or emergenciesBenefitsA comprehensive benefits package is offered, including health and pension plans (employee-selected via payroll deduction), Inspire Wellbeing 24/7 support service, frequent staff events, discretionary annual bonus, tax saver ticket, and on-site parking.If you would like to be part of this exciting journey and believe you can bring passion, professionalism, and excellence to the rental experience, we would love to hear from you.
