Job Overview
The role requires providing comprehensive support for medical device equipment, encompassing installation and commissioning, preventative maintenance, repair, and customer training.
Main Responsibilities
* Adhere to relevant quality procedures relating to services or activities.
* Maintain regular communication with customer support administration.
* Deliver engineers' reports and relevant documentation to customer support administration for further processing and invoicing.
Proactively foster customer relationships with a focus on effective communication and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
* CSSD Validation experience is advantageous.
* Degree holders in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical fields or experienced professionals will be considered.
* Field-based experience in medical device service or electronic equipment is beneficial but not essential.
Essential skills include excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, willingness to travel, customer-centric approach, technical expertise, commercial awareness, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, effective organizational skills, ability to thrive under pressure, and a strong desire to succeed. A full clean driver's license is mandatory.
