Your New Role As a Senior Architectural Technologist you will be focusing on servicing the across the Residential, Healthcare and Leisure industries. At this senior level you will be given a fair degree of autonomy, trusted to interact with clients; coming up with design solutions and able to build on relationships. Mentorship of junior staff and bringing them through their early stages of career. You will be managing projects straight from feasibility stages to completion. If you like a role that doesn't just involve detailing you will be on site regularly to do inspections making sure quality has not dropped from the original brief. Job Requirements Our client is looking for someone with 6-10 years post graduate experience on projects in Ireland. A degree in Architectural Technology or related degree is expected. You should have a high degree of technical knowledge, building regulations, draughting skills. You should be able to demonstrate being able to coordinate with a variety of disciplines (Civil, Structural, M&E etc). Revit is essential for the role. Projects can vary from small scale to large, so should be comfortable in an environment with various levels of project requirements.
