With a growing portfolio and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a talented and creative
Social Media / Digital Marketing Professional
to strengthen the companies brand presence and engage with their audience across multiple platforms.
As the Social Media Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the social media strategy.
You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, promoting services, and driving online engagement with prospective and current clients, tenants, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's brand, voice, and goals.
Manage day-to-day activities across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content including images, videos, reels, stories, and posts.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., property managers, letting agents) to highlight key properties, updates, and services.
Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to report on engagement, growth, and ROI.
Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and the property sector.
Coordinate social media advertising campaigns and boost key posts to increase visibility and leads.
Support broader marketing campaigns including email marketing, website content updates, and printed collateral.
Identify opportunities for influencer or community partnerships relevant to the property sector.
Required Skills & Experience
First-hand experience in social media marketing, preferably in property, real estate, or related sectors.
Strong content creation skills, including photography, video editing, copywriting, and basic graphic design.
Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand tone and consistency.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of the Dublin property market and Irish rental/property regulations is a plus.
Desirable Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software.
Understanding of SEO and how social media integrates with broader digital strategies.
Ability to share portfolio and body of work
