Accounts Assistant - West Galway - €40k Main duties Admin Duties will include but are not limited to: Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time, using agreed rate cards. Verify job details and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner. Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth invoicing processes. Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as required. Handle some accounts payable responsibilities, including processing supplier invoices and payments.
