We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to work collaboratively with the People & Culture team. The successful candidate will contribute to all elements of the people strategy for this rapidly growing business, with a primary focus on supporting all elements of the employee life-cycle.
Responsibilities:
* Candidate Management: Advertise vacancies, maintain recruitment records, regret unsuccessful candidates and schedule interviews.
* Onboarding: Draft offer letters and contracts of employment, issue onboarding documentation, liaise with relevant stakeholders.
* Administration of HRIS: Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information, monitor timesheets and approvals.
* Maintain Training Records: Evaluate feedback, ensure compliance with mandatory training.
* Contribute to Training and Development Plans: Liaise with line managers, support individual development plans, engage with third-party training providers.
* Update Policies: Align with best practice and changes to employment legislation.
* Employee Relationships: First point of contact for employee queries, support line managers with performance concerns.
Requirements:
* Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent focus and attention to detail.
* Comfortable working with ambiguity and in an entrepreneurial culture.
* Proven ability to work autonomously with a strong work ethic.
* Minimum of 3 years HR Generalist experience.
* CIPD membership.
* Knowledge of HRIS systems.
* Exposure to Global or European labour law.
We offer a salary range of €42,000 - €46,000 per year and a Potential Performance Based Annual Bonus.
