Due to continued success they are looking to further strengthen their team with an experienced Commercial Manager in Dublin.RequirementsCommercial Leadership Across Data Centre & Civils Works: Oversee all commercial aspects of major data centre and civils projects in Dublin, ensuring accurate cost planning, budget management, forecasting, and financial governance throughout the project lifecycle.Contract Administration & Change Management: Manage tender processes, contract negotiations, award, variations, and claims; ensure all contracts and commercial activities comply with Irish construction law, industry standards, and client requirements.Procurement & Supply Chain Management: Lead procurement strategies for civils, groundworks, utilities, and structural packages; evaluate subcontractor proposals, negotiate competitive terms, and maintain strong supply chain performance.Risk & Opportunity Analysis: Identify and mitigate commercial risks while monitoring opportunities to optimise project value; provide strategic commercial insight to project leadership teams and support high-level decision-making.
