The Junior Accommodation Supervisor plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation within our hotel premises.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in onsite training alongside the Accommodation Manager/ team, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and skill development.
\
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of cleanliness across the Accommodation department at all times.
\
3. Report maintenance issues promptly and efficiently, guaranteeing timely completion and minimal disruption.
\
4. Conduct regular checks on Accommodation assistants to ensure daily tasks are completed accurately, including stayovers and departures.
\
5. Assist with stock takes of departmental items as necessary, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
\
6. Collaborate closely with the reception/ front office team to ensure smooth room handovers and excellent guest experience.
\
7. Address customer complaints professionally, escalating issues to the Accommodation Manager/ supervisors when necessary.
\
8. Engage with customers to resolve issues promptly, providing excellent customer service and fostering positive relationships.
\
9. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals, contributing to a productive and efficient work environment.
\
10. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, enhancing the overall guest experience.

11. Implement effective communication channels to ensure seamless collaboration between teams and departments.
