Maintenance Operations Manager Role
Oversee maintenance operations and lead a multi-skilled team in Ireland.
* Lead maintenance across all processing and packing lines, ensuring high efficiency.
* Manage PPM schedules and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and refrigeration issues promptly.
* E nsure full compliance with food safety and environmental regulations by adhering to standards.
* Develop and manage maintenance strategies, spare parts inventory, contractors, and service providers effectively.
* Support capital projects, upgrades, and new equipment procurement to enhance operations.
Requirements include:
* An engineering background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial fields.
* At least 5 years of experience in maintenance leadership roles within the food industry.
* A strong problem-solving approach, team leadership skills, and knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
* Familiarity with budgeting and maintenance software; ability to work comfortably in cold-chain environments.
