Collections Team

Carlow Centre
, supporting clinics across the
South-East
.
IBTS plays a vital role in supporting patients and communities every day. Our Donor Attendants are at the heart of the donor experience — caring for donors before, during and after donation in a nurse-led, team-focused environment.
Role at a Glance
Part-time (72–88 hours every 4 weeks)
Donor care & support
Work alongside Clinical Nurse Managers & Nurses
What You'll Need
Leaving Certificate / FETAC Level 5 (minimum)
Strong computer & communication skills
Customer-focused experience
