Main Responsibilities

* Bridge the gap between sales and business teams.
* Coordinate with multiple departments for smooth operations.
Sales & Lead Management
* Qualify and assign incoming leads using Salesforce.
* Generate weekly reports for management on lead tracking.
* Support the sales team with data, reports, and updates.
Marketing & Communications Support
* Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
* Share relevant machine deliveries and campaign updates.
* Coordinate email campaigns via Mailchimp.
Administrative & Office Support
* Handle customer renewals for Livelink Telematics system.
* Submit warranty and machine demo reports.
Travel & Logistics
* Book flights, accommodation, and transfers for team members.
