MS 365 Technical Support Role

This role involves providing technical support for the Microsoft 365 suite, ensuring seamless operations and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Candidate must have experience with Microsoft 365 services, specifically MS bookings and MS forms.
* Develop and implement end-to-end solutions and solution architectures for MS 365.
* Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues, including connectivity and mobility problems.
* Collaborate with the architect team to shape technical solutions and assist with Microsoft configuration and support.
* Contribute to technical testing for interfaces in client projects.

Requirements:

* Prior experience with MS bookings and MS forms is essential.
* Candidates should be familiar with troubleshooting techniques for Office 365 issues.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities are necessary for success in this role.
