As a Facilities Compliance Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and client-specific requirements related to cleanroom operations. This role involves coordinating with onsite teams, managing documentation, and implementing best practices to maintain a sterile and compliant environment.

This is a full time, onsite role and a fantastic opportunity for you to grow and develop a career in Compliance or Quality.

Please note: Previous experience in a Pharma/Medical Device GMP Environment is a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Compliance Management: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulatory standards and client-specific requirements.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of activities, compliance checks, and audits.
* Training: Coordinate and deliver training programs for onsite teams on compliance protocols and best practices.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to relevant standards.
* Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding compliance issues and updates.
* Reporting: Prepare and present compliance reports to management and clients.
* Problem Solving: Address and resolve any compliance-related issues promptly and effectively.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Education: Ideally a Diploma or higher in a relevant field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in operations compliance, preferably within the Pharma or Medical Device industry.

Skills:

* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
* Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to conduct training and audits.
* Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
