**Senior Commercial Finance Manager Role Summary**
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Commercial Finance Manager to oversee financial performance, control and strategic commercial support across our global distributor network. This high-profile role reports directly to the Finance Director, with a broad remit encompassing financial analysis, pricing strategy, and commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Leading and managing all monthly rebate, bonus and trade promotion accruals, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
* Consolidating and analysing distributor sales data, identifying risks, opportunities and actionable insights.
* Overseeing and implementing distributor pricing strategies in close collaboration with trading controllers.
* Maintaining the master costings file and driving creation of accurate cost of goods across product lines.
* Developing and rolling out product P&L templates to support new market entries and evaluate commercial opportunities.
* Partnering with trading managers to assess market entry strategies and commercial models.
* Ensuring robust transfer pricing documentation and maintaining up-to-date price lists across all distributor contracts.
* Ownership of validation, reconciliation and control of all trade terms, deduction invoices and related financial documentation.
* Delivering high-quality monthly reporting (NIV reports) and providing insight-driven financial recommendations.
* Evaluation of ongoing profitability of product ranges and distributor relationships across core markets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong commercial acumen.
* Experience in rebate management, cost analysis, and commercial finance.
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales and finance teams.
* Strong Excel skills; experience with financial systems and data tools a plus.
* Detail-oriented, analytical, and confident in presenting financial data to senior stakeholders.
