Environmental Systems Operator
The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining environmental systems, with a strong understanding of process control principles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain wastewater treatment plants (domestic & commercial)
* Monitor control panels, adjust valves, and replace parts as required
* Conduct water sampling and testing to monitor treatment efficiency
* Record meter and gauge readings, maintain accurate operation logs
* Check and manage settling, aeration, and sludge digestion processes
* Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment
* Assist in routine operations and troubleshooting issues
* Collect and analyse sewage samples for system performance
