My client is looking for a seasoned Technical Lead with strong experience across Java, Springboot, and REST API design and implementation, to join their growing development team in Dublin. If you are an energetic, enthusiastic Lead Software Developer looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment this opportunity will be of interest to you.
Technical Lead (Java) - Essential Experience:
1. 6+ years of experience in hands-on software development, with experience across Java, Springboot, and REST API design and implementation.
2. 3+ years in a Lead role with the involvement of mentorship of wider team.
3. Strong exposure developing SPA's using React, as well as solid exposure to relational databases.
4. Solid knowledge and understanding of CICD, Git for version control, and automated testing frameworks.
5. Ability to shape technical direction and refine engineering best practices and processes.
6. Experience working in an Agile environment with the ability to integrate AI/ML and GenAI into products/platforms.
