AA Euro are working with its client to recruit a Senior Civils Estimator to join our clients commercial team, working on substations, wind farms, solar farms, and associated infrastructure. You will prepare accurate cost estimates, support tender processes, and help deliver successful bids for major renewable energy projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare competitive civil engineering cost estimates for renewables projects
Review tender documents to define scope and requirements
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams for pricing and programme details
Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
Support tender reviews, client discussions, and handover to delivery teams
Keep up to date with market rates and industry trends
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
5+ years' estimating experience in civil engineering (renewables experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of works for substations, wind farms, and solar projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software
Excellent analytical, commercial, and communication skills
