We are looking for somebody who is seriously addicted to sweating and passionate about creating a fitness experience where members and staff want to return again and again. You must be people centric with an ambitious mindset, balancing a keen eye for detail when it comes to club cleanliness, maintenance, customer service, and delivering an outstanding fitness product. You will be directly responsible for the overall management of our 18, facility, Raw Gyms Donnybrook.
* Master SOP's: Drive consistency across the gym by ensuring club cleanliness, equipment readiness, and a safe, welcoming environment for all members.
* Create the ultimate fitness experience: Lead from the front, ensuring every class, every workout, and every interaction is top tier, making members want to return again and again.
* Customer service first: Ensure every member feels valued, supported, and motivated through world class customer service standards.
* Develop the team: Train and inspire the team daily through coaching, workshops, and external development programs.
* Grow and measure our Teams: Implement appraisal systems and KPI tracking to develop trainers and staff through the RAW development plan.
* Be a Selling Machine: Drive sales success by supporting the team with daily calls and guided tours.
* Motivate and manage: Support instructors and staff, fostering a performance driven culture.
* Financial performance: Take ownership of club KPIs and budget control, balancing costs with member satisfaction and growth targets.
* Sweat the details: Oversee all aspects of club maintenance, gym floor, and studio spaces to ensure the highest operational standards.
* Recruit and onboard: Work with senior management to identify, recruit, and integrate new team members into the RAW culture.
* Lead by example: Stay active, visible, and engaged on the floor - from greeting members to joining in classes.
* Collaborate: Play a role in supporting initiatives, sharing best practices, and aligning performance standards across multiple locations.
Mandatory
Candidates should Live, Breathe & Sweat all things RAW and fitness.
* Minimum 3 years' fitness or gym management experience
* Proven leadership skills with a strong customer service focus
* Inspirational and motivational personality
* Seriously addicted to sweating
* Availability: Monday - Friday / Weekends
* Job Type: Full-time
Additional pay
* Base Pay: €33,000 - €40,000
* Commission pay (Sales & Retention targets)
* Travel expenses - Multiple locations across Ireland
