On behalf of our client, we are seeking experienced Food & Beverage Associates who are passionate about delivering outstanding service. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic hospitality team at a venue renowned for hosting luxury weddings, high-end events, and exceptional dining experiences throughout the year.
What You'll Be Doing
1. As an F&B Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding and seamless service experience. Your responsibilities will include:
2. Delivering high-quality food and beverage service across weddings, banquets, private events, and restaurant service.
3. Supporting smooth, efficient, and professional dining operations in both high-volume and fine dining settings.
4. Providing attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service that enhances guest satisfaction at every step.
5. Assisting with bar service when required (experience an advantage but not essential).
6. Working closely with supervisors and colleagues to set up event spaces, maintain service standards, and ensure flawless execution.
7. Upholding hygiene, safety, and presentation standards consistent with a premium hospitality environment.
What We're Looking For
8. We'd love to hear from candidates who have:
9. Experience in high-volume food service, including weddings, banquets, conferences, or busy restaurants.
10. Full-Time & Permanent position – must be available to work evenings & weekends
11. Strong guest service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
12. The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
13. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
14. Bar experience – an advantage, but full training can be provided.
15. A flexible approach to hours, including weekends and event schedules.
