Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Surface Facilities Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all surface facilities are maintained to the highest standards and comply with EHSQ regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate contracts for site surface maintenance activities.
* Manage concentrate transport logistics and contract compliance.
* Oversee all site services and contractor performance.
* Support department budgeting and financial planning.
* Participate in procurement of equipment and services.
* Lead and support site improvement projects and initiatives.
* Attend and contribute to management meetings.
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and delivery timelines.
* Develop and update SOPs for surface maintenance.
* Create and deliver training for surface operations.
* E nsure compliance with EHS and HR standards.
* Maintain digital systems for contracts and safety.
* Track contractor KPIs and service performance metrics.
* Promote sustainability and environmental responsibility on site.
* Participate in emergency response and incident investigations.
Requirements:
* Recognised degree or diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
* Qualifications in Business, Operations, or technical fields also accepted.
* Technical or industrial safety certification is highly advantageous.
* Training in maintenance, production, or project management beneficial.
* Strong IT literacy with digital systems experiences preferred.
* Minimum 5 years in operations or facilities management.
* Proven contractor, compliance, and project coordination experience.

This full-time position requires successful applicants to provide on-call weekend cover as part of a team roster.
