About the Role – Graduate Associate
As a Graduate Associate, you will assist in preparing financial reports for regulated investment funds and investment vehicles domiciled in jurisdictions including the US, Ireland, Luxembourg, UK, Singapore, Cayman Islands, Australia, France, and Hong Kong.
You’ll join a growing, technically strong team delivering high-quality financial reporting services to demanding global clients — all while building a solid foundation for a career in accounting and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare financial statements for investment vehicles
* Draft financial highlights disclosures for inclusion in financial reports
* Produce periodic management accounts (monthly/quarterly/etc.)
* Develop supporting schedules and detailed Excel workpapers
* Liaise with auditors, fund administrators, investment managers, and other service providers
* Present completed financial statements for internal review
* Research and apply technical accounting treatments in complex areas
What We’re Looking For
* Honours degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines
* Self-starter with strong attention to detail
* Academic understanding of IFRS and GAAP is an advantage
* Industry experience or internship in an accounting role is a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
* Legal right to work in Ireland
