Our client, a major financial services organisation, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a key digital transformation program. This role will focus on requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement across multiple teams. You will play an essential role in bridging business needs with technical delivery. Key Responsibilities Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Facilitate workshops with SMEs, developers, and stakeholders. Produce process maps, user stories, data flows, and acceptance criteria. Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage. Analyse existing processes and recommend improvements. Work with PMs to ensure alignment across delivery streams. Assist in project documentation and governance activities. Provide clear and concise communication to senior stakeholders. Required Experience 5+ years as a Business Analyst. Strong documentation and analytical skills. Experience working in Agile environments. Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. Desirable Skills Background in financial services or digital transformation projects. Experience with data analysis or basic SQL. Education Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
