Tender Support Administrator Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tender Support Administrator to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain pricing strategies, product catalogues, and customer proposals working closely with commercial and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Report on all activities to the Department Leader.
* Calculate the company's product proposals in alignment with stakeholders.
* Update commercial proposals for customers annually or biannually.
* Maintain and update pricing in our ERP system.
* Develop and maintain the EPAR Catalogue for the company's products.
* Analyse cost and market price development of repairs to individual engine parts and implement measures.
* Optimise internal calculation and offer processes and ensure implementation.
* Contribute to data input into business plans and establish pricing for NPI repairs.
* Respond to RFQs as required.
Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* 2-3 years of experience in a similar role ideally in Aviation.
* Problem-solving ability in a rapidly changing environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work with all levels within the organisation.
* Ability to work under sustained pressure.
* Knowledge of internal processes and relationships.
* Motivated and enthusiastic self-starter who can work on their own initiative.
* Diplomacy and negotiating ability.
* Ability to identify business issues and barriers.
* Disciplined approach to work and proactive in implementing positive change.
* Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.
* Organisational and time-management skills.
* Decision-making skills.
* ERP/MRP IT system user.
* Minimum Diploma/degree qualified, preferably in a business discipline.
* Fluency in another European Language, e.g. German/French.
