Job Description
As a Senior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in calculating the anticipated cost of projects, taking into account all relevant circumstances.
You will receive tender documents and ensure the wider tender team is informed.
Issue sub-contract and material enquiries, including scope of works and attendance schedules where applicable.
Chase tender returns and update enquiry schedules.
In conjunction with the tender team, raise queries to clarify project details.
Develop and compile tender documents, including clarifications and estimator notes.
Assess risks and opportunities within the project scope.
Develop value engineering solutions to optimize project costs.
Analyze tenders and prices as received from supply chain partners.
Present clear nett costings identifying risks and opportunities for stakeholders.
Complete tender submissions, including Form of Tender, Bills of quantities, and associated commercial information.
This is a key position that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
The successful candidate will have experience in estimating or quantity surveying, a degree qualification in a relevant field, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree Qualified in Construction Field (Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Technology).
* 6+ Years' Experience in Estimating or Quantity Surveying Role.
* Strong Analytical and Numeracy Skills.
* Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Abilities.
* Able to Work Individually and as Part of a Team.
