This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor/HR Officer seeking to progress up in their HR career to provide HR Support to 240 employees whilst availing of a highly competitive pay and benefits package.

Reporting into the Managing Director, you will provide HR support across the full HR Generalist remit to 240 employees located across the company's multiple sites.
Manage on the full 360 recruitment process- devising job descriptions, posting job adverts, screening candidates, arranging interviews, conducting interviews, delivering interview feedback, issuing offer letters and conducting reference checks.
Lead on employee relations cases ie.
conducting investigations for disciplinaries and grievances Utilise the company HRIS System to upload and modify employee personnel details Lead on inductions for new employees and conduct HR reporting Update and modify HR policies and procedures according to changes in Employment Legislation and Company Objectives Manage on levels of absence and employee performance i.e..

Minimum of 2-3 years HR Coordinator experience Skilled in managing recruitment, leading on employee relations cases and using HRIS Systems Experienced in updating HR Policies and monitoring absence/performance Proficient in Irish Employment Legislation How to apply?
