About The Role
We are looking for a Store Manager to join our Glin site. This role is responsible for our Farm & Home Store, part of the retail division of Kinisla Agribusiness. Day to day, you will support customers in the office, take orders over the phone and via email, and manage the branch operations including sales, inventory management, merchandising, health and safety, and retail excellence standards and procedures.
The store is open Monday‑Saturday.
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivery of excellent customer service
Debt collection
Stock control and merchandising of products
Handling of cash/payments
Delivery of sales growth within the store
Housekeeping with store and yard
Develop new ideas to grow the business
Managing deliveries inwards & outwards
What You Can Bring To The Role
Previous experience within a similar retail environment
Previous leadership or supervisory experience would be ideal
Good commercial skills
The ability to handle challenging situations in a calm manner
Good customer management skills
High level of attention to detail and strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and administrative skills
A team player and a strong desire to grow professionally
