Glory has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Administrator to join us in Dublin providing customer contract administration support to our Service team.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize our ERPsystem (JDE) and technologies to efficiently plan, co-ordinate and dispatch Field Service engineers, based on work activity type, customer site locations and access limitations, Technician skill set, current job status and their location.
Optimise the scheduling of technician resources to meet business priorities and deliver technician productivity to set KPIs.
Liaise with Service team management to ensure scheduling requirements are met.
Identify where work demands exceed labour availability and takes the appropriate action based on collaborative discussions.
Use Views/reports/dashboards/task lists in our ERP system to plan & schedule technicians work on customer sites
Delivery of planning to ensure on-time preventative maintenance is carried out.
Liaise with service teams and customers to book in work for maintenance, proactive tech support & failures.
Book in/organise any relevant inductions required (site specific)
Organise relevant labour for any installation & Decommission work requiring an Engineer
Respond to Customer call and queries
Scheduling
Spare parts management
Corrective Maintenance administration
Required Education, Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Level 5/Leaving Certificate level or equivalent
Qualifications/Experience:
Knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP systems beneficial
Customer Service training beneficial
Experience in business Finance beneficial
Experience in Service Support and/or Customer Database Administration
