About the Role: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistants to join our team, supporting individuals across a range of services including: Residential Services for adults and children Respite Services for both adults and children Day Services You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to service users with a variety of complex needs, including: Intellectual disabilities Autism Spectrum Disorders Acquired Brain Injuries Key Responsibilities Support service users with daily living activities in line with their individual care plans Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life Assist with personal care, mobility, mealtimes, and medication (where appropriate) Engage service users in meaningful activities within residential or day service settings Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Maintain accurate care records and contribute to care planning Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times Requirements A relevant QQI Level 5 qualification (or working towards it) is highly desirable Previous experience working in a care setting preferred but not essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills A genuine passion for supporting individuals with additional needs Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings if required What We Offer Supportive and inclusive working environment Ongoing training and professional development Opportunities to work across various care settings Competitive salary and benefits package Benefits: On-site parking Sick pay
