Financial Leadership Role
We seek an experienced professional to provide senior-level accounting support and team leadership within our finance department.

To excel in this role, you should possess:
* A Level 7 or 8 qualification in Accounting or Business.
* Professional membership with an approved accountancy body (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
* At least three years of relevant experience in financial management.
* Exceptional skills in MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong numeracy, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
* An appreciation for the needs and rights of people with intellectual disabilities.
