Insurance Sales Executive (APA) — Remote

What you'll do
* Respond to inbound personal lines (car/home/van) and some commercial leads; call back within service level agreement (SLA) benchmarks; run multichannel follow-up.
* Advise, quote, and bind using our CRM + instant rating + Applied Relay.
* Manage renewals, reviews, and referrals; document every touch in CRM; keep pipeline clean by EOD.
* Hit KPIs: speed-to-lead, conversion on presented quotes, and retention.
Must-haves
* APA (Personal General Insurance) required; CIP a strong advantage.
* 3+ years selling personal lines; commercial exposure a plus.
* Advantage: Applied Relay experience.
* Reg/Compliance: CPD maintained, right to work in Ireland.
* Clear communicator, routine-driven, coachable, and accountable to SLAs.
Schedule & location
* Remote within Ireland. We reserve the right to shift to hybrid/on-site in the future if operations require.
* 40‑hour week with rotation; specifics shared at interview.
Compensation
* On Target Earnings: €35,000–€45,000 with uncapped upside (driven by inbound volume + bind rate).
* We provide: company laptop, exam support (CPD/qualifications), and structured training.
* KPIs and detailed performance metrics discussed during the interview.
