About The Team
Stripe’s Global Sales Team drives revenue and growth by helping users understand Stripe products and integrate them with ease. The Global Sales Enablement Team equips sales teams with skills and knowledge through programs like the Sales Development Academy and targeted workshops.
What you’ll do
* Lead onboarding and 101/201 live training sessions for new hires.
* Organize and facilitate sales‑skills workshops to improve seller performance in Chicago, Dublin, and other hubs.
* Travel as needed to support virtual delivery for the APAC team.
* Build relationships with stakeholders to identify enablement needs and sales‑skills gaps.
* Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to develop engaging training materials such as presentations, role‑plays, and interactive exercises.
* Tailor content to roles, segments, and sales motions, demonstrating empathy for sellers.
* Assess training effectiveness through feedback and metrics, iterating on content and delivery.
* Provide ongoing coaching to reinforce learning and drive continuous improvement.
* Help build a learning culture and represent the enablement team to new hires.
* Partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to build targeted programs that increase efficiency and impact.
* Innovate using adult‑learning best practices to meet evolving business needs.
Who you are
* 8+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or related field, with a focus on onboarding or skills development.
* A passion for teaching, strong grasp of adult learning principles, and ability to deliver engaging, hands‑on programs.
* Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions, both virtual and in‑person.
* Experience coaching and delivering value‑selling or solution‑selling programs.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex concepts simply.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Experience in sales environments, ideally with SaaS or financial‑technology solutions.
* Proactive, adaptable mindset, capable of navigating ambiguity and changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic sales environment with quota attainment focus.
* Familiarity with learning‑management systems (LMS) and e‑learning tools.
* Strong facilitation skills with coaching and mentoring experience.
* Certification in training methodologies or instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPLP) is a plus.
In‑office expectations
Team members are expected to spend at least 50% of their time in the office during any given month. Percentages vary by location (e.g., 80% in Bucharest, 100% in Mexico City). Specific requirements will be discussed by the hiring manager.
Pay and benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €87,400 – €131,000. The range includes base salary and target earnings. Compensation also includes equity, bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
