Financial Assistant Role
A Financial Assistant will prepare financial records, manage client accounts, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced accounting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements according to set procedures and standards.
* Manage and reconcile client accounts on a regular basis.
* Process and submit tax returns and other regulatory documents.
* Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet analysis.
* Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Financial Assistant in a dynamic accounting firm.
* Certification as a Financial Assistant or equivalent qualification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
