We are seeking an experienced Finisher / Snagger for an immediate start.
Full‑Time Role
Lark rock are dedicated to retrofitting homes to an ‘’A’’ rated standard. All homes are finished to the very highest of standards. We have a small progressive dynamic team and are looking for talent to grow with the business through a very exciting expansion phase.
Hours:
7.30am - 4.30 / 5pm (Mon - Fri)
Responsibilities:
Plastering
Patching
Basic carpentry / joinery
Painting
Plastic work and
General repairs/replacements
Site clean up
Collection of Items in Hardware
Organising PO's
Reporting Invoices and items to Accounts department
Requirements:
Safe pass
Finishing/ Snagging experience
Manual handling
CV & 2 contactable references
Driver Licence
Salary:
€45 -50k per Annum, Company Van, Company Bonus DOE
