Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with children aged 0-18 years, who require inter-disciplinary intervention. The role involves working as part of a dynamic team to provide high-quality care and support to these children.
Key Responsibilities:
* To work collaboratively with the Children's Disability Network Teams (CDNT) to develop and implement individualized plans for each child;
* To conduct standardized cognitive assessments with children, using recognized tools and techniques;
