About the Role:
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Compliance Administrator to join our team in Rathfarnham. As a key member of our Quality & Risk department, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a culture of safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate Mental Health Tribunal processes ensuring statutory requirements are met.
* Liaise with the Mental Health Commission and legal representatives.
* Provide staff training on Mental Health Act obligations.
* Monitor compliance with legislation and regulatory standards.
* Manage document control systems and support internal audits.
* Maintain risk assessments and incident data.
* Support complaint handling and patient feedback analysis.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
* Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act 2001 and regulatory standards.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office and EPR systems.
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to build positive working relationships.
