Job Title: Culinary Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent culinary knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
1. To assist the Head Chef in ensuring that food preparation meets high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene.
2. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment at all times.
3. Assist with ordering duties as required.
4. Monitor all dishes prepared from the kitchen to ensure they meet agreed standards prior to food service.
