Electrical Testing Lead
We seek a skilled Electrical Testing professional to oversee electrical testing activities across projects in Ireland and Europe.
1. Develop, lead and manage the current testing teams in place in collaboration with the Quality department and back-office admin team.
2. Create Testing Plans / ITP's and agree testing process with clients prior to commencement.
3. Attend Project Kick Off meetings to align with project scope between MTM and the client for all testing and torquing requirements.
The successful candidate will have:
* A strong track record of managing Testing teams.
* Familiarity with electrical testing standards, and compliance to IS10101.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
