Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine performance verification and preventative maintenance
* Install and commission new equipment
* Rectify breakdowns efficiently
* Promote audits, calibrations, and validation activities
* Adhere to KPIs and complete all administrative tasks promptly
* Travel regularly to customer sites, including occasional visits to Leicester
* Maintain and manage stock responsibly
What You Need to Succeed
* Experience in a customer-facing service environment: You should be comfortable interacting directly with customers, understanding their needs, troubleshooting issues on-site, and providing clear, professional communication. This includes managing customer expectations and ensuring a positive service experience.
* Technical proficiency in electrical, electronic, and mechanical engineering: A solid understanding and hands-on experience with electrical circuits, electronic components, and mechanical systems are essential. You should be capable of diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and executing maintenance tasks effectively across these technical domains.
