Job Description
Sasta Le Cheile Ltd seeks an experienced professional to join our team as an Operational Ambiance Coordinator. The role supports the management team in coordinating daily operational and ambiance dimensions of the restaurant environment, internal communications across a dynamic culturally diverse team of 40+, and creative development and maintenance of the restaurant's atmosphere and overall sensory environment. The candidate works under the direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager and brings operational awareness, multilingual communication skills and a natural creative sensibility to the role. This is a supporting, non‑managerial position with no managerial authority or decision‑making responsibility. All operational and staffing decisions are referred to and determined by the Restaurant Manager.
Requirements
5 years’ experience in a related role in a restaurant or hospitality environment
Relevant qualification in tourism, hospitality or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Multilingual communication skills
Creative sensibility with a natural flair for atmosphere, ambiance and the sensory dimensions of hospitality
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across a culturally diverse team
Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and health and safety standards
Strong organisational skills with the ability to support multiple operational priorities simultaneously
Salary: €36,605 p.a. 39 hrs
