Our client, a leading car brand based in a new premises in North Dublin are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Parts Advisor to join our their Aftersales team.
This role involves supporting both the trade parts counter and the workshop counter, ensuring that customers, technicians and service advisors receive the right parts, on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities Serve customers at the trade counter and support the workshop with timely and accurate parts supply.
Identify and source parts using EPC, DMS and manufacturer systems.
Prepare parts quotations, check availability, and communicate lead times clearly to customers and colleagues.
Process incoming deliveries, book in stock, manage returns and handle outgoing orders.
Maintain accurate stock levels, assist with stock checks, and ensure parts are stored correctly in line with Mercedes-Benz standards.
Place stock replenishment orders and special orders with the logistics centre; monitor and follow up on back-orders.
Liaise closely with Service Advisors, Workshop Controllers and Technicians to ensure workshop jobs are fully supported.
Provide excellent customer service to retail, trade and internal customers, building strong and professional relationships.
Ensure all warranty parts, returns, write-offs and credits are processed correctly.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment across the parts counter and warehouse.
What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Salesperson or similar role in the motor trade (franchised dealership experience desirable).
Strong technical understanding of vehicle components and ability to identify parts accurately.
Experience serving a trade counter and/or supporting workshop operations.
Good working knowledge of dealer management systems and parts catalogues.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
Ability to work well in a team and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Full, clean driving license desirable.
