We have multiple tech platforms that you'll need to be a whizz at. Client interaction - support our clients through email and phone, ensuring top-notch service.Suppliers / Partners - liaise with suppliers/partners to solve issues, communicate needs and assist with the admin set-up.Tech & process- process orders, generate reports, and contribute to business reviews via our in-house platform.Problem solving - use your creativity to resolve issues and enhance customer experiences.Collaboration -work closely with teams to improve internal processes and customer satisfaction.What we are looking for:A degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.Experience in customer service or success roles.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Proactive, positive, and ready to contribute to a growing team.What's in it for you?Competitive salary: €27,000 per year, plus bonuses.Work in modern offices in Cork city centre, learn loads and interact with colleagues and clients all over the world.
