Store Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Your primary focus will be on supporting the store manager in maintaining high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and operational efficiency. You will lead, train, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, support recruitment, performance management, and coaching initiatives.
* Support the store manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
* Lead, train, and develop your team to achieve exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a welcoming environment.
* Implement strategies to achieve store KPIs, monitor sales data, and support the team in meeting business objectives.
* Collaborate with the team to uphold high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or hospitality.
* Prior supervisory or assistant experience is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with a focus on multitasking and problem-solving.
