Exciting new opportunity for a HR Specialist to join a dynamic organisation as they embark on their growth journey.
This is a permanent role - 2-3 days/week.
The primary purpose of the role will be to lead the people agenda for the organisation, supporting senior managers on all people related matters.
Key Responsibilities include: Ensure all policies and procedures and compliant and updated in line with current legislation.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to source and pipeline talent for the organisaiton.
Develop relationships with local Colleges/Universities, driving Employer Brand in the marketplace.
Support Managers on all people related matters, including coaching, succession planning, talent management etc.
Partner with managers on all disciplinary and grieveance matters.
Lead the Performance Management strategy, supporting managers and employees alike.
Deliver all relevant wellbeing projects initiatives as required in a timely manner.
Experience Reqiured: Third level degree qualified - HR, CIPD qualifications.
Proven track record working in a similar role Excellent working knowledge on Irish Employment Law Excellent Interpersonal skills.
