* Oversee the smooth, efficient, and compliant operation of the dispensary
* E nsure adherence to all pharmacy legislation, ethics, and PSI codes of practice
* Deliver exceptional customer service and medicines management
* Liaise with healthcare professionals and manage PCRS claims
* Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff, ensuring operational excellence
Requirements:
* A minimum of three years' experience as a qualified Pharmacist
* Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
* Demonstrated strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
* Business acumen with experience in stock and budget management
